Book entries

• Only send ONE copy of your book.

• Please do not include any paperwork (entry form or payment receipt) with your book.

• Have you completed the entry form? Find it here. Please submit it online.

• When preparing your entry to post please keep the environment in mind. Also please make it easy for us to open (you'd be surprised how difficult it can be when the entire parcel is covered in sellotape!). Just keep in mind we need a way in to get to your book!

• We would also appreciate it if you do not use a signed for service as this can significantly delay things.

• When posting from a country outside the United Kingdom it is important that you fill in any relevant sender declarations and custom forms correctly. Not doing so will result in your entry being returned by the postal system. 

• Customs form: if a phone number is requested please write "Unknown".

• If you have any problems with the delivery do contact us.

• Your entry must be postmarked no later than the entry date. However, if posting from abroad please do not send via surface mail when close to the deadline.
